A feed of what's actually nearby
Posts are geo-tagged and shown to people close by, labeled with hashtags in your own language and always tagged with how far away it happened. The radius adapts: wide where the community is new, tight where it's dense.
Get paid the moment they pay
Name your price and that is exactly what you get: the neighbor pays it, Gerany's flat fee is added on top and charged to them, and the full amount lands in your own Stripe payout account right away — nothing skimmed, nothing held back, nothing waiting on an approval. If something does go wrong, the Resolution Center is there: negotiation-first, with an impartial written decision.
Messages — and a Private space
1:1 and group chats with photos, video, and voice notes, no phone numbers ever exchanged — private and accountable. Inside any conversation, step into an end-to-end-encrypted Private space, readable by the two of you and no one else, not even Gerany.
Calls, without phone numbers
Audio and video, 1:1 or groups up to 16, straight from any chat. Every call is encrypted — 1:1 device-to-device, group in transit — and Gerany's servers never store call content.
Trust, earned in stages
Verification badges — phone, email, a live-selfie-confirmed photo — unlock participation in stages. Privacy is structural: coarse distances only, and location jitter on every stored point.

The core neighborhood experience is free. Gerany+ is for neighbors who want more reach — or who are ready to sell.
Student
A wider feed radius and longer group video calls, priced for students.
Starter
Sell services and keep the full price you asked for, paid out the moment a neighbor pays; build a reputation through vouches and reach further than the adaptive radius alone.
Pro
Everything in Starter, plus the widest reach, unlimited group video, and a provider dashboard.
Marketplace transactions carry a simple flat fee (8% + $0.30), paid by the buyer on top of the provider's price — deliberately the lowest in its category, because the neighbor was already going to find you.

An API key and a ready-made prompt: the assistant reads the docs and builds the sync, the tickets section on your website, or the door screen for you.
3 · Use the API
Pricing and capacity, barcodes for seats you sold elsewhere, validate and admit at the door, a live attendee list — from your own system.
