Organizers can charge for admission to an experience, and you can buy a ticket through Gerany instead of handing over cash. The payment goes straight to the organizer — Gerany does not hold it — so what paying here buys you is a clear record, a receipt, a QR ticket in your wallet, and one place to raise it if something goes wrong.
How buying a ticket works. Open a ticketed experience and choose "Buy a ticket". You see the price the organizer set — anywhere from $25 to $2,500 — and pay by card or US bank account. On larger amounts the bank option is offered first: it costs less to process, but it takes a few days to clear, and the ticket only counts as paid once it does. The ticket price is what the ORGANIZER receives — Gerany's fee is added on top of it and charged to you, and you see both lines on the payment page before you confirm. The moment the payment clears, the organizer is transferred their full price, and your ticket appears as a QR code under Tickets.
If something goes wrong. Open a case in the Resolution Center. It is negotiation-first: most cases end with the two of you agreeing, and Gerany ratifies what you agree. If you cannot agree, either side can ask for a review, and Gerany issues a written, reasoned decision. Be clear on what that decision is: the money is no longer with Gerany, so it says what should happen — it cannot pull a payment back, and anything refunded comes from the organizer. The one exception is a card dispute you raise with your own bank, which is between you and them.
Getting paid. Selling tickets needs a Gerany+ plan and a payout account, which you set up once on the Gerany website (Settings → Payout settings). Payouts are handled by Stripe, our payment provider — Gerany never sees or stores your bank details. Gerany's fee is 8% plus $0.30 per ticket, the same on every plan, and the BUYER pays it on top of your price — so the price you set is the amount that reaches your own Stripe payout account, in full, as soon as their payment clears. Nothing is skimmed, nothing is held back, and nothing waits on an approval. You are responsible for holding the experience as described, for any licences it needs, and for your own taxes.
Your dashboard. Every Gerany account has a dashboard showing your own money: what you paid, what is still on its way, what was refunded, and — if you sell tickets — what you earned and what Gerany's fee came to. On a paid plan it also shows how each of your experiences is doing, and Pro adds the last 30 days of views and repeat buyers.
One honest rule. If you charge for admission, state the price clearly up front.

Pay a neighbor through Gerany
1. On a ticketed experience, tap Buy a ticket.
2. Check the price and what the organizer is offering.
3. Pay by card — or by bank transfer on larger amounts.
4. The ticket price is what the organizer receives — Gerany's fee is added on top and charged to you, itemised on the payment page. They are paid straight away; Gerany doesn't hold it. Your ticket appears as a QR code under Tickets.

If something goes wrong
1. Open the order and start a case in the Resolution Center.
2. Talk it out first: the Center is negotiation-first, and most cases end with the two of you agreeing (a partial refund, a redo…). Gerany ratifies what you agree.
3. Can't agree? After 48 hours (or once the other side has replied) either of you can ask Gerany to review. A reviewer reads everything and issues a written, reasoned decision. Note what that decision is and isn't: Gerany no longer holds the payment, so a decision says what should happen — the money itself moves between the two of you.
4. Because Messages are a record, what was agreed can actually be reviewed. This is why deals belong in Messages.

Get paid: one-time payout setup
1. Open your service page (or Settings) and tap Payout settings.
2. Connect your bank through Stripe — identity and bank details go to Stripe directly, never through Gerany.
3. Once it's active, ticket sales are enabled on your experiences.

See your balance and withdraw
1. Settings → Wallet shows what you have earned and what is still on its way.
2. Standard payouts arrive on Stripe's normal schedule automatically.
3. Want it faster? Withdraw moves the amount you choose to your card — the small instant fee is always shown before you confirm.
