See something that doesn't belong? Report it.
- You can report a post, comment, listing, experience, or user, and pick a reason.
- If 3 different neighbors report the same content, it's hidden automatically until moderators review it.
- Moderators review reports and can remove content or suspend offending accounts.
01
Report a post, message, or person
1. Every post, comment, listing, experience, service, and profile has a Report option (usually behind the ⋯ menu).
2. Pick a reason — spam, harassment, scam, inappropriate — and add details if you like.
3. A human reviews every report. Content reported by several different neighbors is hidden automatically while it's checked.
4. Reporting is invisible to the person you reported.
02
Block someone
1. Open their profile and choose Block.
2. They can no longer message you, call you, or interact with your content — and they are not told.
3. Manage your list under Privacy & data → Blocked users; unblock any time.

What happens behind the scenes
- Reports go to a review queue seen by Gerany's moderators.
- Moderation can see the identity behind anonymous posts, so anonymity never shields abuse.
- Serious or repeated violations lead to content removal and account suspension.
- If a deal went wrong (money involved), use the Resolution Center instead — see the Paying topic.
